What areas do you cover for mobile diagnostics?

We are based near Petersfield and cover Hampshire, West Sussex and the surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether we reach you, send your postcode with the enquiry and we will confirm.

Can you service a whole fleet at our site?

Yes. We bring the equipment to your yard or depot and work through the vehicles in an order that suits your operations, so you are not sending drivers across the county for routine servicing.

How quickly can you attend a vehicle with a fault?

It depends on the diary and the distance, but we keep slots for urgent diagnostic work. Tell us the vehicle, the symptoms and how soon you need it looked at, and we will give you an honest answer.

Do you work on electric and hybrid vehicles?

We handle diagnostics and servicing on many hybrid and electric models, though some high-voltage work is best left to a main dealer. Describe the vehicle and the job, and we will say straight away if it is something we can take on.

What information should I include in my first enquiry?

The make and model of each vehicle, roughly how many there are, the symptoms or service due, and where the vehicles are kept. A phone number helps too, in case a quick question saves a longer email.

How do you charge for mobile diagnostics and fleet servicing?

We quote per job or per vehicle, depending on the work, and confirm the price before we attend. There is no charge for the initial conversation about what you need.
